Masterson’s Pub , nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my most recent experience at this establishment turned into one of the worst experiences of my life . While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I experienced behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .
The State of Affairs: Squalid and Neglected
From the moment I entered , it was apparent that sanitation was not a priority at this bar . The ground was covered in grime , and a overpowering stench of decaying beverages and neglected washrooms filled the entire bar . Reeking of a mixture of ammonia , old age and sickness .
